A New Era of Mobility: Meet XoMotion™

A revolutionary exoskeleton is now available at Synaptic — redefining what's possible for individuals with spinal cord and neurological injuries.

Redefining Mobility with Cutting-Edge Innovation

XoMotion™ is a wearable robotic exoskeleton that helps people with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions stand, walk, and move during neurorehabilitation — without needing crutches or a walker.

It uses advanced sensors and responsive motors to support natural movement and restore mobility in ways once thought impossible.

How it Works

Real-Time Response
Detects subtle body movements and adjusts instantly to keep clients stable and supported.

Customized to You
Adapts to each person’s abilities and goals, offering the right level of support for progress at any stage.

Built for Rehab
Promotes brain-body connection, muscle reactivation, and overall physical health through upright movement.

Therapist-Friendly Design
Reduces physical strain on therapists and lowers the staff required during sessions.

Why it Matters

Boosts Confidence & Independence
Upright movement empowers clients to engage more actively in life and recovery.

Improves Health Outcomes
Walking supports circulation, reduces muscle loss, and strengthens neural pathways for lasting gains.

Supports Long-Term Recovery
Repeated, supported movement reinforces neuroplasticity and functional progress over time.

Expands Access to Care
With less strain on staff, we can treat more clients — increasing capacity by 25%.

Different by Design

Developed by Human in Motion Robotics Inc., XoMotion is designed for individuals with spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions that affect mobility.

It’s the first device of its kind to mimic the physiological motion of the lower extremity, giving the user the ability to perform all complex mobility tasks.

XoMotion’s advanced sensor systems and multi-modal controllers allow the user to quickly gain hands-free functionality, providing an unprecedented level of freedom and independence.
