Greg's Story
I was born with Cerebral Palsy, leading me to become quadriplegic. I was the first major disability individual to be accredited and integrated into the school system since grade one. Since then, I have been able to pursue my academic journey further, achieving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. After coming back from Ottawa, I was granted acceptance into JD law at the University of Calgary and graduated in 2016. I have been working in the field of Law ever since and Calgary has always been a home for me, as I have immediate family here to support me.
Progress and Goals
Before starting Synaptic, I had severe spasms in my left hip flexors and the podiatrist recommended Synaptic. The progress I have made here has been outstanding; my spasms are all gone and I am more flexible.
Some goals of mine are to continue to maintain my flexibility and the strength in my legs and arms. I also hope to see the Flames win the Stanley Cup in the next 10 to 15 years 🙂

Favourite Thing About Synaptic
The people are what I love most about Synaptic. I love chatting about how much the Flames rule and the Oiler drool. I also love the technology I'm able to use, and other some mild discomfort in my groin, I feel better after every session.
Advice to Others
Don’t go camping and use a trail rider. Also, don’t sweat the small stuff. Easier said than done though!
Hobbies and More
Watching the flames win 🙂
I'm a huge carb guy so anything pasta-related, count me in. I also like gaming, specifically Call of Duty. My favourite movies of all time are Top Gun Maverick and any Indiana Jones movies.
I'm also secretly into politics, but don’t engage in any political conversations with me 😉
