The health and safety of our clients and staff remain our top priority at Synaptic.
As Alberta starts to open up, all restrictions are subject to change, we will do our best to keep you updated during the transition. We will be following the highest standards for COVID guidelines (Provincial/Municipal/College).
Masks are required in Clinic as per Alberta COVID - 19 Regulations
Follow the highest regulations regarding masks
Be screened daily including temperature check
Sanitize equipment before and after each session
Wear a mask and gloves throughout your session
Screen all clients before the start of their session
Minimize the points of contact
Clean and sanitize high touch points throughout the clinic

Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
Complete the Mandetory Health Screening before coming into the clinic.
Wear a face mask upon entry and for the duration of your time within the clinic.
Use hand sanitizer prior to starting your session and at the completion of your session
Receive receipts via email, we will not be providing physical receipts during this time
If traveling: adhere to AHS guidelines
Alberta Health Services - Open for summer plan - July 1st.
Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 will still have to quarantine
Masks are mandatory in all indoor public places, places of worship, and indoor workplaces.
Although support is crucial, it is important that only necessary family members and caregivers accompany you to your sessions.
If you, or your necessary support, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms please inform us and cancel your session.
